The small house plan for the municipality of Oslo can be demanding with regard to terrain changes and utilization, where we believe we have optimized the property with an underground garage, beautiful outdoor areas on the terrain, balconies and a roof terrace with views of the heart of Oslo and the Oslofjord.

Our definition of a semi-detached house is a city villa, where the homes have a high level of comfort and standard, and are located close to the heart of Oslo in quiet areas of Slemdal.

The new buildings are over three levels, with an internal elevator from the basement to the 2nd floor, with further access to the roof terrace. The property is 1 acre and is well shielded from view from neighbors and the road.

The project received a construction permit in 2024, with development starting shortly thereafter and still ongoing.
